Dallas Mavericks at Chicago Bulls Betting Preview

The Dallas Mavericks are at the Chicago Bulls in National Basketball Association play on Monday.
The Mavericks come into the game with a 36-28 record on the season. The Mavericks are coming off an 18 point win over the Pistons on Saturday. Dallas is 8th in the Western Conference, chasing both the Kings and Suns for a potential six seed. Dallas is 17-13 on the road this season.
Chicago on the other side is 31-33 on the season. The Bulls are coming off a road loss to the Clippers on Saturday. Chicago is 16-15 when playing at home this season. The Bulls are in 9th in the Eastern Conference, sitting ahead of Atlanta.
The Dallas Mavericks are favorites in this game. Dalas is -3.5. The total is 231.5.
Luka on Fire
The Dallas Mavericks came away with a win on Saturday, and Luka Doncic was the first player in NBA history to record six straight 30 point triple doubles. He is having a monster season for the Mavericks, leading the league in scoring with 34.6 per game, while dishing out just shy of 10 assists per game.
The Mavericks as a team are scoring 118.7 points per game. Dallas went 38-44 a season ago, so they need just 3 more wins in their final 18 games to finish ahead of that season. Dallas is second in the Southwest Division, trailing only the Pelicans.
Dallas will head home for a single game on Wednesday against the Warriors. Following that, the Mavericks are at the Thunder on Thursday. A home game against the Nuggets on March 17th and then a trip to San Antonio will take place for the Mavericks.
Home Sweet Home for Bulls
The Chicago Bulls could not wait to get back home following games at the Kings, Jazz, Warriors and Clippers. It was a good road trip though as they won their first three games. The Bulls are led in scoring by DeMar DeRozan, with more than 23 per game. Coby White is having a big season for Chicago as well with 19.7 points and 5.3 assists per game.
Chicago will need to finish 9-9 to tie their win total from a season ago. The Bulls during the 2021-2022 season, though, won 46 games. The team this season would need to go 15-3 from here on out to tie that.
For the Bulls, they are coming off a four game road trip. The Bulls have just one home game, before a trip to Indiana on March 13th. After that, the Bulls are back home for three straight home games against the Clippers, Wizards and Trail Blazers.
Bulls Top Mavericks
Look for a fun game between these two teams. Both teams played on the road on Saturday and had Sunday off. The Mavericks have more fire power, but the Bulls can find a second gear at times, and win games that maybe they should not. We are going to take the Bulls in this one.
Chicago finds a way to slow down Doncic enough to win this game. Bet the Chicago Bulls +3.5 over the Dallas Mavericks on Monday! Consider Chicago at +140 on the moneyline!
