Knicks Looking to Brush off Game 4 Stink
It was not a very good Sunday for the New York Knicks. The road team saw several guys struggle. In fact, two of their top three scorers came from the bench. Josh Hart, a guy that prides himself on playing as close to 48 minutes as possible, played just 23, and scored 2 points.
The Knicks will need a bounce back. Jalen Brunson is doing all he can to get the Knicks to the Eastern Conference Finals. Brunson scored 36 per game in the first two wins, and is at 22 per game in the two losses. In the series against the 76ers, Brunson scored 39+ in four of the six games.
New York was 19th in the regular season in scoring. The Knicks scored 112.8 per game. New York was fifth in rebounding, which will need to be a calling card for the remainder of this series. And in the end, the Knicks need to defend. They are allowing 118 points per game in their postseason losses, and 108.5 in their wins.
