Philadelphia 76ers at Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview

It has been a magnificent season for filming as far. They will continue their journey as they make a trip to Milwaukee for Saturday’s showdown, two of the top three teams in a loaded East ready to do battle in a game that will be viewed by many. Who doesn’t want to watch Joel Embiid and Giannis Antetokounmpo go head to head? It is must-see TV.

The 76ers have taken a couple of brutal losses within the last week, but they should be able to bounce back with absolutely no issues. This is a team that is well coached and has a nice depth, George Hill coming in now and starting to give them some solid minutes off the bench. It is going to be title or bust when all is said and done, though.

As for the box, a healthy Giannis is the best thing that they could’ve asked for. He missed more than a week with knee troubles but is now back in posting huge numbers as he has been doing the entire season. They re-signed Jrue Holiday, and they have Khris Middleton, plenty of talented players leading the way.

ODDS:

The spread for Saturday night’s battle is currently slated at MIL -6. The over/under is set at 226.5 points.

76ers Seeking Road Win

Regardless of who the head coach has been, the past few seasons have featured in a lot of home wins, and not enough road wins for Philly. Embiid and Simmons do plenty to guide the team to positivity, but they do not keep the same passion when they don’t play in their home arena. That is one of the many problems they faced in the bubble last season. This game is critical for them as they try and secure either the first or second seed.

Tobias Harris is getting paid a lot of dough. And he is finally showing that he’s worth every last penny. He brings a lot to the table as a scorer and reliable defender, also showing to build as a playmaker by moving the ball around promptly. His emergence all year is a major reason why the 76ers are battling neck-in-neck with Brooklyn.

Let’s see if they can pull this one out.

Bucks Looking for Home Win

Not long ago, we saw Milwaukee drop five games in a row at Fiserv Forum. They have recently turned things around, though, starting to snap back into reality. In the basketball realm, Milwaukee is a team that most fear when they see them on the schedule. The starpower and improved supporting cast make them a tough out.

It’s a Bucks team that has been questioned before. Mike Budenholzer gets all the regular season love, but then they dwindle away too early in the postseason. This year, they will have their toughest challenge yet with a potential battle against Brooklyn. If they finish in the #2 and #3 spots, which could well happen, they might be meeting in round two. Boy, how fun that might be.

76ers Take the L

Embiid can do what he wants. Giannis and Middleton won’t be slowed this time. The Bucks will get the victory at home.
