A pair of NFC West teams will mix it up in Arizona on Sunday. The Seattle Seahawks are set to take on the Arizona Cardinals. The Seahawks are 8-8 on the season, coming off a bad loss at home to the Steelers. Seattle must win this game, and get help from the Bears beating the Packers to reach the postseason. 

The Cardinals are 4-12 on the season, but coming off an upset win over the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 17. The Seattle Seahawks are -2.5 in this game over the Cardinals.

But, pushing all of that past, there is a chance, and they will look to take advantage of that chance. The Seahawks will continue to go with Geno Smith under center. Kenneth Walker III has been the leading rusher for Seattle. The former Michigan State running back has carried it 202 times for 827 yards and 8 touchdowns. The Seahawks are 17th in scoring with 21.4 points per game, while the defense has allowed teams to score 23.9 points per game.

Cardinals Looking to Spoil the Party

For the Arizona Cardinals, they have two monster wins on the season. Earlier in the season, the Cardinals upset the Cowboys, then the Week 17 thriller over the Eagles. Arizona is 2-5 at home this season, with the Dallas win, and one over the Falcons.

Kyler Murray has returned this season for Arizona and been solid. The signal caller has played in 7 games and thrown for over 1,500 yards. Murray has 9 touchdowns and 5 interceptions, and been sacked 17 times. Trey McBride has been the target for Murray more than not. McBride has 791 yards on the season.

James Conner continues to put together a solid season. The running back has missed four games this season, but is just 110 yards shy of 1,000 on the ground. Conner leads the team with six touchdowns.

Cardinals Stun Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks are going to fall flat on their face. Pete Carroll and his Seahawks went to 8-7 and held the final spot in the postseason heading into Week 17. A loss last week, and a road loss here ends their season. Arizona plays hard, and will battle in this game. The Cardinals would love to leave the Seahawks out of the postseason.
