For the Marquette Golden Eagles, they are ranked 8th in the country. Marquette is 6-2 on the season. The Golden Eagles are coming off a loss at Wisconsin on Saturday. Their other loss was to Purdue earlier in the season.

Shaka Smart and his Marquette Golden Eagles are going to come into this game with a chip on their shoulder. They are none too pleased about losing in an in-state battle to Big Ten’s Wisconsin. The Golden Eagles have now lost both games to Big Ten teams this season.
