USC Trojans at Notre Dame Fighting Irish Betting Pick
Two of the top teams in College Football will mix it up in South Bend on Saturday, as the USC Trojans are on the road at the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
The USC are unbeaten on the season and are ranked 10th in the most recent Associated Press Top 25 poll. The Trojans are coming off a three overtime win over Arizona in their last affair.
For the Fighting Irish, they have two losses on the season. Notre Dame is 5-2 on the season and ranked 21st in all of College Football. Notre Dame is the favorite in this game at home. The Irish are listed at -2.5 over the USC Trojans.
Lincoln Riley has the Trojans Rolling
The Trojans were on the road at home against Arizona, but the defense bailed them out, and they remained unbeaten. The win was their sixth of the season. The other five wins were over San Jose State, Nevada, Stanford, Arizona State, and Colorado.
The Trojans have scored 42 points or more in each of the six games they have played this season. The defense has allowed 41 points in each of their last two games.
USC has scored 53.6 points per game, which is right at the top of College Football. The passing game is throwing for more than 560 yards per game. The running game is picking up just shy of 173 yards per game as well.
Caleb Williams still has just one interception on the season to go with his 21 passing touchdowns. Williams has been sacked seven times in six games. The top target for the Trojans passing attack has been Tajh Washington. Washington has 395 yards and five touchdowns. Brenden Rice leads the team with seven touchdowns.
Irish Seeking Bounce Back
The Notre Dame Fighting Irish looked pretty flat in their road loss at Louisville last week. The Irish just could not get the job done and fell 33-20. It was their second loss, as they fell in the final seconds to the Ohio State Buckeyes.
It’s been a tough slate for the Irish, as they had to use all 60 minutes to beat the Duke Blue Devils the previous week. Notre Dame will finally get a week off next week before they host Pittsburgh to finish the month.
Sam Hartman is leading the passing attack for the Fighting Irish. He has thrown for just shy of 1,5000 yards and 14 touchdowns and has yet to throw an interception. The top target for the Fighting Irish has been Mitchell Evans, with 18 receptions and 282 yards.
Audric Estime leads the rushing attack but struggled big time in the loss to Louisville. He got ten carries and picked up just 20 yards in the game. In the previous game, Estime rushed for two touchdowns in the win over Duke.

Caleb Williams is coming off a poor game a week ago. This could be a great game between two of the top quarterbacks in the game. Both of these guys will be quarterbacks in the National Football League.
Look for this game to go back and forth, but the Irish and their schedule is wearing them down. The Trojans are going to come to South Bend and win this game.
