VCU Rams at Dayton Flyers Betting Pick
In College Basketball on Friday, the VCU Rams are on the road at the Dayton Flyers. This is the regular season finale for both teams. This is also a rematch of the game VCU beat Dayton 49-47 back in early February.
The VCU Rams come into the game with a 19-11 record on the season. The Rams have lost back to back games, and are 6-4 in their last 10 games. The Rams are 5-3 away from home. The last loss for VCU was at home to Duquesne on Tuesday.
For Dayton, they are seeking their 24th win of the season. The Flyers are 23-6, and coming off a road win at Saint Louis on Tuesday. In that win, the Flyers scored a season high 100 points. Over their last ten games, the Flyers are 7-3.

Rams Seeing Struggles
The VCU Rams have fallen on some hard times. But, a win in this game would get them to 20 on the season. The Rams last win was over UMass back on February 20th. In the two recent losses. The Rams have allowed 80.5 points per game. They are going to have to get their defense back if they want to win this one.
On offense, the Rams are led in scoring by Max Shulga, with 15 points per game. He did not play in their most recent loss, and is questionable for this game. Up next for the Rams is Joe Bamisile, who is scoring 14 points per game.
This is the final regular season game of the season for the Rams. They will start the Atlantic 10 tournament next week, and it appears they will be either a 4 or 5 seed.
Flyers Looking to Close out Strong
The Dayton Flyers lost at VCU in early February, before winning three of their final four in the month. Their lone loss was at George Mason. Then, in March, they lost at Loyola, but bounced back and went on the road and beat Saint Louis.
Dayton is scoring nearly 75 points per game as a team. The Flyers are 4th in the nation in three point percentage. Dayton is making over 40% of them. The top scorer for Dayton this season has been DaRon Holmes. He leads three Flyers in double digit scoring, as he is getting more than 20 per game.
The Flyers also will wrap up the Atlantic Ten regular season. Dayton will be the third seed in the conference tournament.
Flyers Top Rams
The Dayton Flyers need the win to help their tournament resume. At this point, it does not appear VCU will be heading to the big dance, unless they can find a way to win the Atlantic Ten Tournament. Dayton is going to get this win at home.
