In a rematch of last season’s Western Conference Finals, the Vegas Golden Knights will take on the Seattle Kraken on Tuesday. This is also a rematch of the 2024 Winter Classic held on New Years Day. The Kraken won that game.
Vegas has struggled a bit as of late, with a 3-6-1 record in their last 10 games. The Golden Knights have fallen into a third place tie with the Kings in the Pacific Division. Vegas and Los Angeles are tied for the final two spots in the Western Conference. They both sit 8 points ahead of Seattle and Calgary, who are looking to chase them down.
For Seattle, they are coming off a loss. The Kraken were blanked at home on Friday by the Jets. The Kraken are 28-24-11 on the season for 67 points. Seattle is 1412-5 at home this season. Seattle has played 63 games, and has a -5 goal differential on the season.

Vegas Looking to Rebound
The Vegas Golden Knights have been pretty beat up all season. That is typical for a team coming off a long Stanley Cup run a season ago. Vegas hopes to get healthy and back on track in the final couple weeks of the season. The Golden Knights are 14th in offense, with 3.17 goals per game, Jonathan Marchessault leads the team with 35 goals and 21 assists.
In between the pipes for the Golden Knights is projected to be Adin Hill. Hill has made 26 starts this season and allowed 2.53 goals per game. In his last game, Hill picked up a win over Detroit to snap a three game losing streak.
Vegas is at Calgary on Thursday, and then will come home and host four straight games. The Golden Knights will take on the Devils, Lightning, Kraken and Blue Jackets. The next road game is March 25th in St. Louis.
