For Brigham Young, their conference life is a little more at stake here. The Cougars are 2-3, which is two games back of the leaders Texas Tech and Kansas State.  After wins over Central Florida and Iowa State, they could not slow down Texas Tech last week, allowing 85 points in the loss.

Brigham Young is one of the top offensive teams in the nation. The Cougars are scoring more than 85 points per game. Jaxson Robinson is the top scorer with 13.9 points per game. In the win over Iowa State, Spencer Johnson was the leader with a career high 28 points. Brigham Young is also one of the top rebounding teams in the country with 42.4 per game.

Up next for Brigham Young is a home game against Texas on Saturday. That will wrap up January. The Brigham Young Cougars start February with a trip to West Virginia and Oklahoma before back to back home games against Kansas State and Central Florida.
