Indiana Pacers at Los Angeles Clippers Betting Preview

In the National Basketball Association, the Indiana Pacers are on the road at the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday.

The Los Angeles Clippers come into the game with a 44-26 record on the season. The Clippers are in a big time battle with the Pelicans for the fourth seed in the Western Conference. The team that grabs the 4th seed will host in the first round of the postseason.

The Indiana Pacers fell on the road at the Lakers on Sunday to snap their two game winning streak. The Pacers are now 40-32 on the season, but still sit sixth in the Eastern Conference standings.

The Los Angeles Clippers are -6.5 in this game at home against the Pacers. The total is set at 233.5.

Indiana Pacers

Offensive – is one the Indiana Pacers are this season. That was evident in the game on Sunday, as they scored 36 in the first quarter against the Lakers. Andrew Nembard scored nine first quarter points, and the Pacers saw seven guys score.  Indiana finished with 68 at halftime, with Myles Turner leading the way with 14. The Pacers are the top scoring team in the National Basketball Association, with 122.8 points per game.

Pascal Siakam has come over from Toronto and played in 31 games for the Pacers this season. The big man is just ahead of Tyrese Hailburton for tops on the team in scoring. Both are scoring more than 20 points per game. Myles Turner has been strong for the Pacers as well, with 17 points per game.

The Indiana Pacers are on the road for one more game. The Pacers are at the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. Then on Friday, the Pacers are at home to take on the Los Angeles Lakers. Once April arrives, the Pacers will play home and road games against the Nets.

Los Angeles Clippers

It was a struggle on Sunday for Los Angeles. The Clippers allowed 41 points in the first quarter, and 33 in the fourth quarter to lose the game.  The Clippers are allowing 114 points per game over their last three losses.

The top scorer for Los Angeles in that game was Kawhi Leonard, with 20. James Harden scored 12 points and dished out 14 assists in the loss. Paul George added 18. Those three guys are the top scorers for Los Angeles. Leonard leads the team with 23.8, while George is at 22.5 and Harden is at 17.3.

The Los Angeles Clippers are on the road at the Philadelphia 76ers next. The will start a road trip Wednesday, with stops after that at Orlando, then Charlotte and Sacramento. The next home game will be on March 4th against the Nuggets.

Los Angeles Clips Indiana

The Indiana Pacers can really score the basketball. But, with the Pacers on the road at the Lakers the night before, and the Clippers ability to run with them, we like the home team here.  The Clippers did not play very well Sunday, and will want to get back on track.

When push comes to shove, we are going to bet the Los Angeles Clippers over the Indiana Pacers. Our final bet here is the Clippers -6.5 over the Pacers. Enjoy the game and best of luck!
