A pair of Top 25 teams from the SEC will get together on Wednesday in a huge bout. The South Carolina Gamecocks are on the road at the Auburn Tigers. The South Carolina Gamecocks are 11th in the latest Top 25 poll. The Gamecocks have won seven straight games, including a blowout win at home over Vanderbilt on Saturday. The Gamecocks lead the SEC.
For Auburn, they start the week ranked 13th in the country. The Tigers are 19-5 on the season, and 7-3 over their last 10 games. The Tigers are coming off a blowout loss on the road at Florida on Saturday.
The Auburn Tigers are huge favorites at home here. Auburn is listed at -12.
Break out Season for Gamecocks
It has been an outstanding season for the South Carolina Gamecocks. They are riding high on a seven game winning streak. The last time the Gamecocks lost a game was on January 16th, at home to the Georgia Bulldogs. During that stretch, they have wins over Kentucky, Tennessee and revenge on Georgia.
The Gamecocks are winning games with their ability to defend. Over the last seven games, all wins, they have yet to give up 70+ points. In fact, in all three of their losses this season, they allowed over 70 in the game. The top scorer for the Gamecocks this season has been Meechie Johnson. He is scoring 14.1 points per game.
South Carolina will head home following this game to take on LSU. After that, they are on the road for back to back games. The Gamecocks are at Ole Miss on February 24th, and at Texas A+M on the 28th.
Pearl and the Tigers

The Tigers allowed 81 points and lost by 16. Now, they are looking for a monster bounce back to get back in the mix for a conference title.

We are really excited for this game. Two teams that are going a little under the radar, when people talk about teams nationally that could cut down the nets. This is going to be a great game. In the end, we are going to side with the home team to win the game. Auburn beats South Carolina, and gets back on track, and slows down the Gamecocks.
